WE HOPE YOU ARE ALWAYS HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW BEFORE RETURNING!
  • You have 14 days from purchase to return for full refund (minus shipping); 30 days to receive store credit. After 30 days, NO REFUND, EXCHANGE or CREDIT will be given.
  • Item(s) must be unworn - tags attached with your receipt (original or copy). We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refund for any returned items, based on its condition.
  • Want to exchange? There is not a guarantee we will have what you are wanting once we receive your return. Your best option is to make a new order!!
  • Items not suitable for return: Sale/discounted items, Jewelry, Intimates (camis, bralettes, leggings, etc.), Hats, Sunglasses and Pre-Orders.
  • Once return is received, please allow 2-3 business days to process. It can take up to 10 business days to see a refund put back onto your account (will be based on your bank).

A damaged item might slip by us from time to time. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days by email at bismarck@shopalb.com with a photo and description of that damaged item.
